Gated premises consisting of 3 self catering holiday apartments. All apartments are spacious and comfortable with their own patio and ceiling fans. Apartments1 and 3 have cooling air conditioning. All have environment friendly solar-powered hot water and a shared garden.

Each apartment is open plan with high ceilings. They are painted off white (coral) throughout with peach coloured patios. And, for clean laundry there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and sink.

In the cool, quiet dawn/ early morning between 5.30 and 7.00 am you may see a few small monkeys in the woodland from the windows or garden to the west of the property. Sometimes they can be even seen playing on the piece of grassland adjacent. They are shy and any attempt to approach them or get closer than 30 meters or any sudden noise or movement will send them scampering away into the trees and out of sight.

General Information
Changeover Day is flexible. Normally apartments must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. However, a degree of flexibility will be given depending on the circumstances. Please ask in advance.
Shopping: A shopping centre is 1 mile away in Holetown to the north. A local supermarkets is 1 mile away in Fitts Village to the south. Light provisions can be purchased in small shop or petrol station, which are 5 minutes walk away.
Parking: Off street gated parking is available
Accessibility: Apartments are not adapted for wheelchair access.
Property management: a local representative/property manager will meet you for key collection, show you around the apartment and is available to deal with any queries.
